“Welcome to Big Tree Holiday Flats, your home from home accommodation in sunny Paignton. We are ideally situated for a happy and care free holiday, whether you are a couple or family.We are centrally located a short distance from Paignton town, harbour and beach and close to Goodrington Sands and Park, Splashdown@QuayWest Waterpark and Torbay Leisure Centre.Each self catering flat offers comfort, convenience and a high standard of cleanliness and all have their own front doors to the outside. Ample free private parking is provided and guests have the use of our pretty garden and patio together with washing lines.Free wifi access and a guest laundry is installed.We are a non smoking establishment and we regret we do not accept pets. We cater for couples and families only.We have four ground floor 1 bedroom flats and two first floor 2 bedroom flats, each equipped with TV with Freeview (2 in the two bedroom flats), DVD Player, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. All flats have an iron and ironing board and electric oil filled radiators in the bedrooms and lounge except for one flat which has central heating. Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.Childen are welcome and we can provide cots and high chairs but no cot bedding is supplied. We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere”
